I have discovered this great parts shop close to home from a recommendation by a local mechanic back in 2003. I have been very happy ever since. It's the best parts store, because not all of us, are mechanics and sometimes we need some advice on repair issues and the staff at ETY auto parts are very friendly to help. And if there is a part that ETY might not have in stock they will get it extremely fast, faster than most part shops.

consider my self a good shade tree mechanic and have had many
frustrations over the years getting the “right parts” for my
vehicle which to me means best quality, correct fitting and a
fair price. I bumped into ETY as I searched for Prem Oil for my
Mercedes “Libomolly. ETY was the only nearby vendor that sold
the product at a normal price. I learned that ETY could supply
most of the parts I needed for my Audi and Mercedes so I gave
them a try on other items. As our relationship grew I
found ETY to have GREAT customer service, knowledgeable honest
people, and always a fair price. I never go anywhere else and
for the last 8 years they have supplied all my parts to keep
both my German and now Japanese cars in top shape. One of
the residual benefits is that as a part time mechanic you don’t
have experience for all situations and they have always been
able to lend some free advice or ask other customers if the
question is really sticky.
In
short they have become a valued partner in the proper
maintenance of my vehicles and they are really nice people too.

I also like the fact that ETY doesn't carry low quality parts that don't fit or are poorly manufactured as do most partshaus' these days . Allen P.'s Review - 4/8/2010 Nicest guys on the planet! It's an old style shop but you will generally get what you're looking for VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche related. They have comparable prices to BMA. Great shop in the area when I'm in a bind. They will work with you on some prices if you've found it cheaper somewhere else but they're not going to loss money on a deal.

Can you order another anti rattle clip for me, as well as two brake sensors? More importantly THANK YOU for yesterday morning. It says a lot about you and the way you do business in Eagle Rock and relate to your local patrons. I can assure you that I will be a lifelong patron and more importantly hope to help you achieve your Porsche dreams without compromising the college education for your children or marriage. Having lived in Los Angeles for 25 years your consideration yesterday really gave the feeling of community and neighborhood that I have not felt since my days living in Pittsburgh. It took me back to the memories of my Grandfather teaching me how to do a brake job on his 1962 Ford Falcon when I was twelve. Him sending me down the street with a list of parts and not a dime in my pocket and to let Mr. O'Neil know that I was picking up the parts for Jim Merry. Without hesitation Mr. O'Neil pulled the parts, boxed them and sent me on my way and the only instruction was to say hello to my grandparents from him and his family.
