Tracking Your
Order!
Tracking of your order will be available 24-48 hours from the time your order is
placed. We will notify
you via e-mail with your tracking number.
Attention!
Customers who supply us with
incomplete or wrong shipping addresses or have changed the shipping address
while package is in transit, will be charged the UPS Service Charge Correction
fee. Please Review your shipping information!!
Shipping and Handling
All orders are calculated UPS ground only. Orders shipped within California are
subject to 8.25 sales tax. Out of state customers are responsible for state and
local sales tax in accordance with local tax codes.
Prices and Availability
All prices/offers limited to stock on hand. Prices/offers subject to
change/restriction at any time without notice. Current prices/offers not
applicable on previous/future purchases or special orders.

Returns and Credits
Orders placed with a credit card will be credited back to credit cards where
applicable, provided return meets all stated requirements. Original
invoice required on all returns/exchanges. Returned items must be in original,
unworn/unused condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by original
tags. Returns may be subject to
25%
restocking fee.
Returned products cannot show any signs of use or wear. No
returns on electrical parts.
Customer
must obtain authorization for return from
E.T.Y. Parts
Inc.
before returning any product. Returns without a return authorization will be
refused.
